This program is only valid on the Traveloka app, minimum version 3.87

Installment is available with minimum transaction of Rp 1.000.000 for all tenures (excluding Insurance Fee and other promos in one Booking ID).

Installment process may take up to 5 working days. If your credit card statement was printed during this period, you may see the full transaction fee in your statement. Ignore this as the correct amount will be printed on your next monthly statement

Transaction in installment is refundable according to the product refund policy.

Requesting a refund will not automatically cancel your next installment payments. You may still need to make a payment for the rest of your original installment tenure after receiving your refund.

All installment requests and processes are final and cannot be canceled. Please note that request for an installment cannot be done via Traveloka Customer Service.

Points Earning Terms and Conditions

•

Double Points earning is valid for any flight, hotel in any destination for purchases made using Traveloka Mandiri Card on Traveloka.

•

Points will be rewarded maximum 7 days after you complete your trip.

•

Point earning is valid for any transaction, except for installment purchases.

•

Transactions made using your supplementary card will also earn you Points, but Points accrue in your name only.

•

For transactions made before the 20th, Points will be rewarded on the 1st of the next month.

•

For transactions made after the 20th, Points will be rewarded on the 1st day of the month after next.

•

If we are unable to add your Points to your account, then we will attempt it again on the 1st day of the next month.

•

If Points cannot be added to your account after 24 attempts, then your Points will become invalid.

Fee for primary cardholder: Rp500.000/year.
