My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights. The room is quite small, but enough for 2 people with 2 cabin bags. The bed is quite comfortable, not too firm and not too soft, which I liked. However I don't like the bathroom, it's not because of the size which is tiny, but because of the shower that doesn't have a door or curtain, so the floor is gonna get wet everytime someone takes a shower. The lightings are not adequate, both bedroom and bathroom are quite dark, and hard to do your make-up if you are a woman. They provide the room with basic necessities such as shower gel, shampoo, slippers, hand soap, toothbrush and toothpaste. You gotta ask for a hairdryer if you need one. The room also has safety box and there are 2 bottles of water provided everyday. There is no tea/coffee maker, we need to ask for a kettle to make some tea, however they have water dispenser on each floor if you need to fill up your water bottle. The towels need replacement, many of them are not in good condition anymore, luckily I always bring my own towel. I told the receptionist that we didn't need them to make up our room, but when we got back, the room had been cleaned up. For the price, it's cheap since breakfast is included. Breakfast is basic but good enough for a 2 star hotel. It is a buffet breakfast with about 5 options of hot meals, white rice, fried rice, fried noodles, chicken and stir fired vegies, they also have egg station. They also provide white bread with some options of jams, 2 kind of juices, tea, coffee and some fruits. Overall, I won't mind staying here again because of the price and location. It's very close to the heart of Malang city and easy to get everywhere. Parking is also available, it's quite spacious and safe if you have a rental car.

I am so disappointed to order the hotel via app because I get the bad position room. No view except the other room.

A very strategic hotel location in the centre of Malang city, Unfortunately breakfast served was very disappointing and lauzy, I experienced there was no spoon and forks available, also coffee served with a very low quality and no Hot Water served.
