Very bad service and hospitality. Not suit for the grade hotel for four star. We're coming on scheduled though it ' s 14.30 to check in. But the reception told us to wait until 15.00 because there ' s no room. No apologize, eventually she ' s act like we're make it a big problem just for only one night stay + not proper room (no slip sandals in room)+ leaking toilet; Really bad for the human resource who work there to handling customer. Will not come there for my second or third time. One time it ' s enough.

This hotel is unavailable to stay, you ruined my vacation I'm really not happy with hospitality you have. The toilet doesn't splash very well, the mattress not comfortable to sleep, no fridge in the room, everything is horrible from 10 I will score you at 2. Will never stay again.

There is one security always ask for tips money to look out for your car. Only has 1 lift need to wait quite long time on friday night and saturday night. Receptionist is slow and not friendly.
