Honestly, it's an old hotel, but I've been here and for me this hotel is affordable and good and safe. Two stars with facilities exceeding 2 stars. The friendliness of the staff, and clean rooms and perfect working equipment. Unfortunately, when I visited, the lift was not working so had to take the stairs. However, for me, this hotel is very good for me at a very affordable price. Thanks to Ms. Rina, you have served with a sincere heart, with a smile and open arms. You deserve a star. If you come to work in Medan, this hotel is highly recommended. Comfortable beds, satisfying service, good hot water, good air conditioning, just have to be able to adapt to the sound of the train.

basically the hotel was good, their staff is really helpful.. the problem is the access at the hotel, we cant use lift as our access and they didn’t informed about this issue.

Lagi ada pembangunan, akses kalo naik mobil lumayan jauh apalagi kalo bawa koper, koper harus ditenteng naik tangga. Kalo malem gelap gulita sepi.

Saran hotel ini hanya nyaman utk transit jika mau ke bandara atau dari bandara. Karena tdk ada fasilitas parkirnya dan hotel mah dlm renovasi. Alhamdulillah dr pihak hotel membantu utk menjaga keamanan kendaraan kami yg parkir di pinggir jalan.

The location of the hotel is in a strategic place, really in the heart of the city, close to everywhere. However, because there is construction of a building next to the hotel, the atmosphere around is chaotic, dirty and dusty, the lift to the hotel is turned off. To get to the hotel on the 3rd floor and rooms on the 4th floor you have to walk up the stairs. The stairs to the first floor are made of iron, narrow and steep. It 's difficult to get through if you're carrying a suitcase, especially a large one. Elderly people and people with special needs are not suitable to stay there.
