Had a great experience staying in Grand Mercure!

I think it best hotel ever. Staff yang ramah dan siap membantu. Kamar yang luas dan bersih begitu juga dengan kamar mandinya 👍. Breakfast yang superb 👍.

It was our first time stayed in this 5 stars hotel in Malang city. Fast check in time, friendly staffs, clean and nice room. I booked the King Size bed with mountain view but I noticed during check in if the room is intended for only one person while I am with my wife. So I need to pay extra for my wife breakfast. Be careful on this. Bathroom amenities are limited compared to other five stars hotel, but OK. All functioning well. They provided complimentary two bottle of water in glass bottle. We had small problem to open the bottle of water, somehow it was difficult to open and we intended to exchange it with the new one. We called to housekeeping but after a while nobody came. We had to made another call to ask for help and finally they came. Point for improvement. Breakfast was good with variety of foods. There are lounge in the roof top where you can enjoy drinks and meals while listening to acoustic music. Pleas be aware that the hotel is located in the busy street so you will see traffic jams every morning and afternoon in front of the hotel.

The room was good, the service was excellent. They offered a lot of food options to be tasted 👍.

A truly extraordinary stay. When entering the gate you will be greeted by a friendly security guard, a large and comfortable parking area. Then the check-in process is fast and the receptionist is friendly. I got a city view room, clean room. Complete hotel facilities, clean swimming pool, clean children's playground even though the place is not that wide but in my opinion it is enough. Various breakfast menus are complete and delicious, ranging from traditional to modern. The most important thing during the stay, the maid staff were so amazing, always smiling and saying hello. If given another chance, I would not hesitate to return to stay here. Thank you 🙂
