We have a great experience at this hotel because hotel staff giving a birthday surprise for my 7yo son, it such a lovely moment. The room is so cozy and clean, nice pool with nice view to the city, all staff is soo humble full of smile and helping to all guests. We also entertained by clown when having breakfast so the kids is very excited and we can rides a bicycle to enjoy the day. Keep up the good work and hospitality, Grand Zuri. We will definitely come again soon!

Overall it's very nice welcoming guests , very polite staff, beautiful room, clean sanitize area, and delicious foods. also,,, Very nice gift wedding anniversary on the glass and red velvet cakes with beautiful words, so happy to staycation in Grand Zuri bsd city. Superrr de best π₯°

I always enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel especially the renovated rooms, very clean, modern style and very comfortable. The foods is always great, the variety of food also amazing, very nice taste. This hotel is very good for leisure and business trip because all aspects are supporting our needs.
