The location of the hotel is located in the center of Semarang city and is quite strategic. This hotel is integrated with the mall. The room is clean and unique. Warm and cozzy. The staff very kind and helpful. Overall good service. We will come back and stay at this hotel if we go to semarang.

The room is okay and they accommodate my request for connecting room. Building parking is a bit difficult because high floor but they actually offer free valet, should make use of it next time. Cleanliness can be improved.

Not convenient and its using the old building and during evening there is bar with huge music.

The room are clean. The staff were responsive and smiley. Location near everywhere by car. The pool is too small for all kids who stay in the hotel. Need extra muse like playground at the garden … the food good in variety and need more hygiene and fast restock.

This is the first time I choose to stay in harris semarang, all the services are good, the room, the aircon, a friendly staff, the breakfast so nice, the location also perfect near the old town, the price, the swimming pool is nice to have, but my only concern was on the parking area.
