Hotel Santika is always my favourite. The price is reasonable and the facilities also good. The best thing from the hotel is the breakfast. They have variety breakfast style that you might like, such as western style or indonesian style. And as their signature, they always have the indonesian traditional snacks.

Hotel staff were amazing at all levels: front desk, room cleaning, restaurant, even administration. I had my reservation on initially May 15-21. I requested a change to May 9-15. The administration staff were able to accommodate my request. They contacted Traveloka, which in turn contacted me for confirmation. The breakfast menu the hotel serves does reflect Indonesian cuisine so it is a great introduction for newly visiting foreign tourists. Its vicinity to Teras Kota Mall makes the food option even wider for lunch and dinner.

The staff was very helpful. And a thing I like from this hotel is the location which is very strategic. It is convenient to get some food and going to the nearest shopping mall.

Room is worn out, flooring is ruined. No keys to the balcony, anybody can enter and it's only on the 3rd Floor.
