A very nice hotel. the room was spacious. the ac was really cold, the ambiance and the looks of the room and the lobby was so nice. they have a pool and kids club also.

It has always been great to stay at Santika group. All properties are standardized. The location is close enough to mall and Merdeka Walk, the icon of Medan city where you can find good food. It's just a walking distance from hotel. Their service, one of the best in town. Food at breakfast was also delish! I highly recommend this hotel for your stay during your visit in Medan.

Location is perfect. Food was great a lot of good variety of traditional dishes! All staff are very friendly and helpful! Especially: Mr. Oktan Hutasoit is very nice person to help around and gave the best service during our stay. Thank you 🙏🏼.

Staffnya super helpful. Ada spa nya juga menarik. Makanan restonya banyak varian dan enak. Hotel berada ditempat strategis yg dekat dengan kota sehingga bisa ke mana saja dekat. City lights viewnya dari kamar hotel bagus banget!

Lokasi di pusat kota, dekat kemana2. Makanan beragam. Bersih, ramah. Sabun kamar mandi pada hari pertama ternyata kosong. Setelah minta minta diisi ke house keeping, lalu diisi. Are. Shower Kamar Mandi agak terlalu sempit, dengan tirai sebagai pembatas nya, bukan kaca.

This hotel is very comfortable for sleeping, clean, and save. Not expensive. Food available very complete you can eat. But far from street food when need to chose for eating outside hotel.
