I can't sleep, there are noises from the room above me, called the reception 3 times nothing happened. Noise came around 8-1030pm and starts again 4am.

The hotel service and staff were great. Breakfast options also good. However, my room was not a pleasant experience. Upon my arrival I found human hairs in the bathtub 🥲🥲 the staff was quick to respond tho they clean it immediately. Overall, I think this room needs renovation/ better maintenance. As shown in the photos the toilet leaked when flushed. The wall need repaint (stained here and there) I expect more for a 4 starts hotel.

Kamar bersih, ac dingin, tidak bau asap rokok, makanan bervariasi sampai bubur ketan ireng, bubur kacang hijau, jg ada. Puas sekali stay disini.

Even though the building seems quite old, but the room is spacious and clean! Check in process is fast. The service is top level. The food is nice.

I booked a room with 2 single beds. The hotel had only rooms with king size beds available. There is not a lot of food for vegetarians and European people.
