Apart from the noise (since my room was at level 2, urgently need for improvement in this area), everything was acceptable. The hotel location is only 100m away from Railink to KNO, and also next to CentrePoint shopping centre, it's very convenient for guests.

Stayed in karibia several times. All is good, except the bathroom water outlet in the shower area clogging resulting rampant overflowing. Please fix it.

We arrived at 14.30 pm, and 1 of our room wasn't ready, duh~ I mean we arrived passed their check in time, and still my room wasn't ready? I need to wait another 30 minutes. When my room ready, I go in. I am about to take a shower, but found no towels. I called (2 times) and they said they just taking their laundry. I need to wait another half an hour to take a shower, meanwhile I was so tired, wanna take a shower and take a nap asap. They claimed that they are a 4 star hotel, but with all these experiences I got I am sorry but I wouldn't try to come back again.

Booked a room with refrigerator but ended up with a room without refrigerator. AC is very humid causing me and kid sick with high fever and flu. It says 4 star in apps but it is nonsense. Not even near 2 star. Wondering how apps can approve such misleading rating. Felt cheated.
