Super duper and very disappointed. Bayarnya 500rb, trs hotel bintang 4 lho ini. Ini hotel sudah ada dr saya kecil trs ganti nama, mungkin sudah 40 taon lebih usianya. Masuk kaget dengan suasana kamar yang amat sangat jauh beda dari foto. Kamar lembab, sprei nya bisa basah2 gt, bantal bau keringet org kyk nggak diganti, kamar mandi kotor hitam2, AC bunyi berisik dan furniture nya gupil semua. Banyak lho hotel tua bintang4 lainnya masih terawat dgn baik. Akhirnya kita minta pindah room, sedikit better tp ya sama aja masih krasa lembab kasurnya dan banyak noda. Karena check in sudah mlm dan capek akhirnya ok2 aja lah. Akhirnya kita minta extra bed sheet untuk covering lagi. Jam 6 pagi sudah check out karena nggak tahan, tdr pun nggak nyaman. Ini the WORST hotel yg pernah saya booked. Cuman menang lokasi aja. Masih banyak budget hotel bintang 3 lain yg way better dan lebih bersih. Salah saya cuman liat gambar tok tp nggak liat review dari org2.

Hotel sudah lumayan tua tp lokasi strategis, kamar mandi shower atas nya tidak bisa dan settingan air panasnya susah, sarapan enak walaupun menu ga banyak terutama soup nya enak banget anak2 suka. Kolam renang juga bersih tp handuk harus bawa dr kamar.

Harga termasuk pricey, di foto tidak sesuai dengan realnya. Hotel tua, kamar kurang bersih, wc nya bau banget sampai terganggu tidurnya, sprei bantal bau apek seperti tidak di ganti, creepy. Tidak seperti bintang 4.

I think this hotel are not describe 4 stars Hotel. Soap Dispenser is broken, bathup is dirty. Which is I prefer the executive suite. Facility and the price are not similiar.

Receptionist ga ramah, kamar kotornya minta ampu sampe di kasur dan dibotol minum ada bekas tai cicak nya. Kloset ga pernah disiram dan dibersihkan, pas awal dibuka kaget karna banyak kotorannya. Kotor bgt pokoknya. Showernya kecil bgt keluar airnya, mandi jadi lama. Sekelas bintang 4 tp fasilitasnya kalah dr yg cuma bintang 2.

Maintenance nya tidak bagus. Lemari sdh berlubang, bau apek, beberapa peralatan mudah rusak. Sprei kotor. Pelayanan juga lambat. Ambience nya juga kurang nyaman.

The hotel is very comfortable and the location is very strategic. It ' s so closed to the souvernir center in Malang. For breakfast, the menu of breakfast is very variatif, actually there is salad because it is difficult to find at other hotels. So, it helps me so much as vegan. For room, it is comfort also. The staffs are very kind. Overall, it recommended so much, We will be back on our next vacation.
