Very nice place, its very simple and easy, hotel with no deposit money, only insert card to the box for Check out, its very convenience policy, really love to, and looking forward to stay again.

Receptionist nya ramah banget. Ranjangnya empuk, dapat 4 bantal. Sayang shower nya bnyk yg sumbat lubangnya. Jd nyembur ga karuan. After all worth it banget. Recommended

Requested a non-smoking room and managed to check in at the hotel at 23.30 due to busy schedule. The hotel FL said the non-smoking rooms were full. So no choice, I stayed in a smoking room for one night. Ask to be moved to a non-smoking room the next day, when I get the room for the second night turned out the AC was broken. The room temperature was 25.5-26.0, can't sleep at all. Asked the receptionist, but there was no definite solution, only told to wait 30 minutes. But after 30 minutes, the room didn't get any colder. They said all the rooms were like that and not only my room. Managed to sleep around 3, while have to attend a meeting at 08.00! Also, found a paperclip on my bed.

We booked 7 superior rooms and the hotel upgraded to a deluxe room. The hotel rooms are clean and the service is very good starting from security, room service and receptionist. Feedback seems to require rejuvenation of the bed.
