Located in City center of Medan, I was given an amazing experience by Swiss-Belinn Gajah Mada Medan. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. Air Conditioner and Hot Water Working properly. Room very comfy, Breakfast OK, many choices. And two Minimart in front of Hotel. Thanks Swiss-Belinn Gajah Mada Medan and Thanks Traveloka 👏

1St time stay di Swiss Bellinn dan kami semua hepi sekali. Proses check in check out cepet. Kamar deluxe lumayan luas, dapat city view. Wifi on off kurang lancar. Swimming pool bagus, kedalaman max 1.3 m. Sarapannya itu lho, variatif dan enak2 banget. Nginep 2 hari dan tiap hari menu nya berbeda. Utk kelebihan pak saat breakfast, usia anak kena charge 45k dewasa 90k. Overall we love staycation in Swiss Bellinn.

The deluxe room is small and very old, it ' s a rip-off, exactly a budgeted hotel. The sink water overflows, the shower pressure is too low. No difference between a standard room and deluxe, just more $ and no iron, hairdryer.

Smooth check in & check out. The hotel was able to accommodate our request. One hassle was at first the front office denied our request to store our luggage for a couple of hours before our flight back (after check out time). Then my partner saw a “luggage storage” room and told me. So I asked the receptionist the second time and show willingness to pay for the service. Finally, the officer aggreed. This gesture is unnecessary and I find it weird if a swissbel-inn chain don't provide luggage store service.
