Utk overall sih lumayan OK, krn smua masih baru ya, cuma minusnya menurutku: 1. Tidak ada teko listrik, jd minimal seduh teh juga tidak bisa. 2. Kamar mandi sukaa design nya, cuma sayang yg utk mandi nya kurang luas jd air suka rembes keluar. Itu aja sih, yg lainnya sih yaa okelahh.

We reserved a room for 4 kids. Only 2 can. Sleep on the queen bed, 1 on such sofa no blanket, finally found out fact that hotel not. Provide paid extra bed. To make a new room reservation sounds a pity also those kids wants to stay together.

Sangat terbantu dengan pak dhedy untuk acara birthday party putri saya di ballroom lt 12, dengan order 80 pax. Buat owner: tolong banyakin staff seperti pak dhedy yang sangat ramah, responsif, mau membantu, tidak kaku, tidak jutek, tidak judes, tidak slow respon, sangat komunikatif, dan mau membantu mencarikan solusi untuk hal hal yang urgent/tidak terduga. Apalagi ini hotel baru dan hotel bagus, sudah seharusnya di support juga dengan staff staff yang baik dan ramah. Sehingga tamu pun merasa nyaman dan merasa terbantu. Tolong tidak membeda bedakan tamu karena tamu mempunyai hak yang sama dalam mendapatkan pelayanan. Sangat sangat recommend untuk hotel dan semua fasilitas nya, juga makanan nya. Tetapi sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan beberapa staff yang menghandle acara birthday putri saya. Acara kemarin benar benar jadi pengalaman dan pembelajaran buat saya kedepan. Terimakasih vivere!

Semua staffnya ramah dan baik sekali, seperti Mas Bayu dan Mas Galih yang sigap membantu kapan saja. Terima kasih selama menginap di ViVere kami sangat nyaman terutama juga kamarnya yang super comfy. Masukkan hanya untuk variasi breakfast dan private shower setelah berenang. Thank you.

The hotel ambience is perfect. The air conditioning is marvelous, room is very comfortable. All lighting in the hotel is always on and I love it so much. Bathroom is spacious, it's just please put some curtain on the window please. TV entertainment is wonderful with vidio. One more thing to improve maybe the lifts of the hotel is a bit slow.
