Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Guests booked in rooms that include a ticket to Solaniwa Onsen must arrange their own transportation to the hot springs (located 9 km away). A scheduled power outage will take place on May 8, 2024, from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM. All facilities that use power, including elevator will not be available during this time.

Hotel only accepts guests with minimum age of 18
