All guests are obliged to below Hotel Policy once your booking is confirmed. i. Effective 1 September 2017, hotel guests who are non-Malaysian or non-Permanent Residents of Malaysia are required to pay a tourism tax of MYR 10.00 nett per night per room for all registered hotels with the Malaysian Government. This tax is not included in reservation and will be collected by hotel upon check-in / check-out. ====================================================================== ii. Effective from June 1, 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 3 per room per night for 4 and 5-star hotels, and MYR 2 per room per night for 0 to 3-star hotels. The star rating will be in accordance to the rating from Local Council and should the rating differ from the website, the local council rating will apply. This fee is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in and is not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein. ======================================================================iii. Hotel will be collecting MYR100.00 per room per night as security deposit upon check-in. This deposit will be fully refunded if there is no damage or abuse of facilities occurred among your stay. ====================================================================== iv. All special request such as additional car park, early, check-in, late check-out etc, are strongly subject to availability. Temporary Water Supply Interruption 25 - 28 April 2025 Please be informed that the Penang Water Supply Corporation (PBAPP) will be carrying out essential maintenance work across multiple installations in Penang, resulting in a temporary water supply interruption from 25th to 27th April 2025. Our hotel is equipped with water tank reserves to help mitigate the impact during your stay. However, due to the scale of the disruption, we unable to guarantee uninterrupted supply throughout the period. We kindly encourage all guests to conserve water whenever possible.
