Room was not clean. Air conditioning does not cool the room well. Toilet was not flushing properly. Fridge was leaking water and the staff wanted RM30 for a towel to keep the floor dry. We requested a room change but ignored by staff.

Terrible service from supervisor/manager on duty, unhelpful and rude! I was on a high up room on 20th floor, but despite this the room was not soundproof from the noise outside, could hear traffic noise and loud event noise. Window gasking seemed to be missing/fell off hence the lack of soundproofing. Asked to change room but unable to because hotel was fully booked, which is understandable. So instead, I asked the staff if they could help me find earplugs. Manager said no. Instead of finding a solution, he escalated the situation and started speaking to me rudely, saying “it ' s not my problem, it ' s your problem”. His staff was the one who tried to de-escalate the situation. Terrible customer service and terrible experience! Will not be back.

. I stayed at the Neo+ for 2 nights. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to many caffee and public transportation. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
