Room was OK but nothing great, like a shoebox really but shower was good. Fast elevator which I liked. The problem with this place is the staff, just nasty and rude, both male and female. I will avoid in the future and I suggest everyone do the same.

Love the location, it is right in the heart of Bukit Bintang. Room is spacey, amenities are complete. You don't even need to ask for ironing, they keep it in the room as amenity. I also like the way they separate between bidet and shower room. Love to stay in here again later.
