The room is not well kept. We even got a torn towel! Management should improve overall cleanliness of the hotel.

Water heater is not functioning, toilet bowl not able to flush, there is no soap or shampoo provided. No sink. The reception is very rude as well.

Toilet super not clean. The bed sheet and towel look like used few years already. Internal wall look creepy, paint not maintain.

Very dirty and bad service. Have to wait for about 20 minute because the receptionist went out to fix thing. Found cockroach in the room. The toilet was not flushed from the previous guest. Auch leaving a bad smell

- Slow/no internet at all. - Breakfast is too cheap (only one menu: nasi goreng) during our stay. - Noisy. - There are thrashes on the table. So sad

Very unpleasant. Dirty room, smelly pillow and comforter. very dirty bathroom. Yu***!!! Not well manage. Staff not friendly. Not a worth place to stay. Not satisfied at all. Roarrr.. There is no photo(s) to show because I was so mad with the condition.
