Cozy room at a cheap price, staff members are helpful. The hotel was located in Chiangmai City and you could find vendors around there. What has to be considered is the weak internet connection and old construction.

A good place to stay for the budgetnl staff is friendly.
Pros :
+ During my stay, it was quite peaceful and quiet.
+ Price is good.
+ Spacious room.
Cons :
- It's far and if you don't mind a taxi, you could walk for 5km like I did to Thapae Gate.
- Located in some neighbourhood. Give the hotel a call so they could explain to you or a driver to find the place
- Earlier housekeeping instead of the afternoon.
Language barrier isn't a problem for me and through 5 days of stay, I was pretty happy.
Will I stay here again in the future?
A definite yes. I enjoyed my long walk everyday!

The room is clean, easy to find things to eat, very good value. The only disadvantage is that the room walls are thin + the room next to it is noisy.
