Nhu mot can ho 1PN, co đay đu bep, phong khach, may giat. Sach se, thoang mat. Staff nhiet tinh than thien. Điem tru la gan lotte mart nen hay nghe thong bao, nhung cung k qua on. Điem cong: ngay vong xoay, thuan tien ra bai sau & cac quan an.

1. Male receptionist was unfriendly and unprofessional, checking in was not well prepared, staffs took too long to confirm our booking ID 2. Breakfast served at 6am-9am which is too early for people who want to have a sleep late holiday. We ended up waste our breakfast tickets 3. Housekeeping rang the bell at 8am and just opened and entered our room by their own key without our permission and while we were still sleeping in the rooms. It was only 8am and they kept cleaning the common area and making noise. And because we were in our room and they came at the wrong timing, they couldn't clean our bedrooms and refill bathroom amenities. Super bad experience Overall, not coming back.

The apartment was clean and neat, master bedroom is good for 2 persons with nice view however the bed is not good quality, guestroom is quite small with restroom outside.

It's really inconvenience when we stay in apartment without equipments for cooking and meal. Almost appartment I have ever stayed where they prepared all without surcharge any fee. Further more, Customer service is not enthusiastic and cooperative I hope the appartment will be improved in future !

It's a very good place, room is beautiful and clean, everything is good. The breakfast is well, but I think it should be more dishes.
