This was not the first time that we've stayed here. The bath tub didn't work last visit even though we already reached out to the receptionist and he/she said they would provide solutions, then nothing had been done. And for this time, we checked in at 3.00pm, and we carried all the luggage ourselves to the room. Then there was a problem with the door lock. We couldn't make it locked inside the room. We've waited for an hour for the maintenance to be fixed. We love the atmosphere and the space there at the resort. It 's not too big or far from places and convenient areas. That made us decide to come back. But that was super disappointing. I hope the management board could accept the feedback and improve!

I booked a 3 bedroom villa for my family summer vacation together. We went with 6 adults and 3 children. I must say the overall experience was good, including how the villa was maintained, and flowers and the staff, all very nice and good. The issue arise when I brought the kids for the swimming pool in the villa, 1.4 m was a little bit deep for them and I was aware of this as well, one of the kids was drowning because the water was so deep, and while holding on the to the pool float, she was drowning deeper, only to realise later that the pool float was broken. Having a closer look, the hole in the pool float was so sharp it could easily harm people. My sister called to ask for another one but the hotel said no other available items left. As a matter of safety, this is obviously a huge concern, even after the kid drowning because of the faulty float, the hotel was still unable to give another one, without even apologising or refunding us. Then come the morning buffet, as my mom was quite old at her late 60s, and got walking difficulties. I did ask the staff whether we could use the downstair buffet but the answer was that we needed to go upstair. The walking up and down really made my mom pain all over her legs. When we walked down after the breakfast, we realised the buffet downstair was opened as well. I didn't manage to clarify again with the staff if the 2 buffets (upstair and downstair) are the same or not but given the circumstance of my mom, that downstair option should be offered/suggested as well. With my experience, I just hope that our future guests could be more careful with the pool floats. And also hope the hotel could make safety matters more serious, if not their priority.

My experience here is not actually good but it's a bit unfair if I give Bad ratings becoz it's still acceptable. The staffs were nice, but the facilities were not good. I did not feel totally comfortable during my stay here:- restaurant is quite small when the resort is fully occupied. It was too crowded and hard to find seats available but the staffs did not support to direct guests to the table.- Toilet drain was stuck before my stay.- Toilet door is too heavy and has no magnet holding, hence it's dangerous for kids

They upgrade my booking, good impressive. Everything is good except hotel 's restaurant is too small, overload and breakfast is poor.
