The reception staff was very welcoming and very detailed. The villa is good and very comfortable. No issues to find the location. I loved my stay here and will definitely come back.

Although the road to get there is a bit small, and narrow (it 's two ways but small) the parking lot is sufficient for small car. The staffs are nice. The check in hour is a bit ummpph, I can only check in at 3PM and no exception. The room key is only one, so it 's a bit hassle to go here and there, you need to unplug it every time. They kept my ID as an exchange for deposit money, cause it can only be via cash, which is hassle. AC isn't too cold, but okay. Pools are clean, but somehow the water is slimy, in the pool, in the sink, in the shower. I don't know why. But overall, good experience.

Reccomended villa for holiday and private.

As someone who cherishes the serenity of villa stays during holidays, my recent 8-day holiday in Bali involved experiencing four different villas. Unfortunately, among these stays, this particular villa did not meet my expectations. Pros: 1. Prime Location: The villa is situated in a prime area, offering easy access to various attractions. 2. Welcoming Reception: The female receptionist was friendly, and accommodating. Cons: 1. Noisy Surroundings: Our stay was plagued by incessant noise disruptions. On both nights, neighboring parties persisted until the early hours, despite my complaints to the reception. This severely affected our ability to rest peacefully. 2. Water Quality: The water had an oily taste, which made bathing unpleasant and uncomfortable. 3. Pest Infestation: The presence of numerous mosquitoes and bugs in the room made our stay uncomfortable and disrupted our tranquility. 4. Inadequate Amenities: The villa, labeled as"luxury,"was lacking in several crucial aspects.-Lack of Environmental Consideration: The absence of a drinking water dispenser resulted in the need to purchase plastic bottles, contradicting sustainable practices expected in upscale accommodations.-Absence of Bathroom Ventilation: The combined bathroom and bedroom lacked an exhaust, leading to discomfort due to lingering odors.-Inefficient Energy Usage: The use of card key system frequently caused power shutdowns, resulting in unnecessary electricity consumption.-Inconvenient Socket Placement: Electrical sockets in common areas were poorly located, impacting their usability.-Curtains Absence: The absence of curtains in the common area, coupled with the hot weather conditions, rendered the front room and kitchen unusable during the day. The absence of curtains on glass doors exacerbated the heat, confining us to the bedroom from afternoon till evening.-Disappointing Pool: The pool, smaller than expected from its depiction in photos, resembled more of a plunge pool than a swimming pool, rendering it unsuitable for actual swimming. Overall, despite the villa ' s claim of luxury status, it disappointingly fell short in several fundamental aspects, impacting the overall quality of our stay.
