Cobain aston suite room, okelah. Bersih, ac dingin, nyaman banget. Hanya saat mau breakfast, staff hotel (laki2) yang jaga, kurang ramah. Dijelasin kalo restaurant mau close jam 10. Dan saya kesana jam 9. Jelasinnya dengan nada agak ketus. Saya juga sudah tau kalo setiap hotel, breakfastnya hanya sampai jam 10, ga perlu dijelaskan dgn nada ketus seperti itu. Tolong diperbaiki lagi attitude kepada tamu hotel. Itu sangat penting.

I came morning even my reservation since night as only for change clothes and pray before and after party that held in same hotel. So I asked late check out and they are very strict and said after 1 pm must pay 30 % from the original price. Even inasked only few min after 1 pm. And its not even full the hotel and its sunday, even in lots of 5 stars hotel I've been stayed they are not that strict. Really annoying as not even any flexibility for few minutes. And the room is standard. Nothing special. For sure never come again.

Kasurnya enak hotel terawat bersih, cuma suara dari kamar sebelah tembus agak kecewa untuk hotel sekelas Aston, peredam kamar kurang baik. Sarapan lumayan enak.
