Spacious room. Good services from the staffs. We stayed here during emergency PPKM, so the breakfast was delivered to our room. Swimming pool still can be used but we prefer not to.

The room is good. But the AC must be relocated since its facing directly into the guest which can cause sickness and less comfort for guests.

Super bad experience! We requested for a late check-out during check-in, and the staff agreed to help us out during check-out. It turned out, 30 minutes before our check-out time, the hotel said they can't provide us with a late check out (even though we were willing to pay the fee). We stayed with 3 babies and had to rush within 1 hour to get ourself checked-out from the hotel. Not to mention, the breakfast was very poor, the toilet was broken (we could not even flush!), etc. Please reconsider at least twice before staying here!

My decision to stay here was right. The room was spacious, cool and cozy. The view is also fantastic at 23 floors. My wife loves the breakfast. The staff is always greeting and smiling at us. Good job Aston. Thank you Traveloka. We definitely will be back again.
