Hotel terbaik! Tidak jauh dari Bukittinggi, lebih baik stay di sini dekat dengan istana Pagaruyung, pemandangan indah & sejuk. Hotel menyediakan sepeda jd bisa jalan2 keliling Batusangkar. Staff hotelnya (Arvil, Hendra, mas Syahrul) juga sangat ramah, feels like home.

This hotel is very bad. We arrived just before midnight and the bedsheets were dirty. These were then changed for other used sheets! We complained again then they said they did not have any clean sheets so we had to sleep in used sheets. We were so tired as all the to and did not finish till 2am. How can a 4 star hotel not have any stock of clean bedsheets? Then my breakfast nasi goreng had grit in it. Do not stay here, it looks good but it is a disaster.

1 I had to ask to open the safe in order to use it. 2 One bulb was flickering although lamp off. Had to ask to take it out. 3 The refrigerator was not usable because not enough cooling power.
