Pertama kali dan terakhir kali menginap di sini. Dari awal booking, saya sudah telp hotel meminta untuk dijemput di stasiun tp tidak ada mobil yg datang maupun info ke saya. Sampai di hotel, ternyata tdk ada info sama sekali ttg request saya, kemarin saya telp berarti tidak di note ya? Ruangan juga bermasalah, ternyata bedding kotor, banyak bercak dan rambut, entah sudah diganti atau belum sebenarnya. Handuk dan lantai juga banyak noda. Breakfast juga spt tidak ada supervisi, makanan rasanya dan baunya tdk enak, bahkan buah2an spt asal dipotong dan ditaruh asal, sehingga banyak yg bonyok dan berjamur. Yg paling parah, selama stay di sana, kepala saya terus terasa gatal, dan ternyata sehari setelah check out, saya lihat ada beberapa kutu rambut di kepala saya. Sanitasi buruk sekali sampai saya terinfeksi kutu rambut! Bersyukur saya tdk jg terkena masalah pencernaan setelah memakan buah2an saat breakfast yg ternyata berjamur. Saya sangat tidak rekomen hotel ini.
