Check- in, your staff couldn't find my name, already suggested to check by my National ID cause others Harris staff ask me, stiil insist check by manual, I offer my apps booking prove through email and he said I made wrong checked in should be 30 May 2024, I said that's when I bought that ticket, he didn't read carefully since there's info checked in for May 31, 2024. Continue I got my room 1025, amazingly at 10th floor confuse the direction since there's no 1025 and asked your staff he said sorry miss info on the marking (see my image). Continue you pissed my day for breakfast your staff info kids 6-12 years got 50% charged from adult, OK I said but why others Harris not charged my kids with age 10 years below? (such as Harris Bandung and Sentul), your staff even didn't want to check first at least explain there's different policy from the hotel. Continue you pissed me off again, I asked 2 eggs medium raw with your staff while waiting I am back to my seat, after that still no eggs came, OK then I went to him again and asked your staff, and amazingly he just made it? I informed him I have already requested before and my wife saw someone just came and he got my eggs? In Bandung the staff brought the eggs to me and don't you know at that time the customer is full and she has time to to bring it to me, here in Cibinong even not full your staff laziest ever don't have time to ask others staff to bring it to me. And this is the secret of your staff here, just check your CCTV your staff took food which for customer, probably for their breakfast but only in Cibinong I saw your staff dare take food in front of the customer and he wiped out the spoon using his clothes (why your staff didn't take it at the kitchen why should take while one of your customer pay attention because you pissed me off)

Great hotel in the city, adjacent to the mall which is very convenient to look for food option.

Everything was great, the room very clean and spacious, it is modern room style. I really like it. The swimming pool is great, my daughter was happy. The food was perfect. Will be back for sure.

The stay was superb. Great staff and various cuisines were beyond our expectations.

It was okay, spent two nights, the bed really comfy, the shower bit tiny which most of the time the water leaked to the outside. What most disturbing are. I can hear neighbors talking, crying, running in the hall. Oh, I think they need separate the lift for swimming pool and the main lift.

Tolong kamar lebih dikedapkan lagi dari suara suara kendaraan lalu lintas sekitar.

Lokasinya strategis, akses ke mall sangat mudah, untuk parkiran hotel lumayan agak tinggi di P7. Suka sekali dengan konsep Harris yang di sini, karena lebih dominan warna Abu dibanding Orange. Pool luas, dengan view cantik. Untuk area playground perlu ditambah atap karena setiap buka pintu hujannya kena anak-anak. Overall good.

Suka banget, kalo harus nginep di sana lagi apalagi dapet voucher tambahan khusus boleh banget pasti banget share pengalaman bagus nginep di sana sih 😍.

Staff nya ramah-ramah ngebantu banget dan gak di ribetin sama sekali. Tempatnya bersih banget kurangnya cuma sendal hotel nya cuma 1.
