Rasa breakfast lumayan. Tapi tolong lebih di perhatikan kebersihan. Salad buah and sayur tidak d tutup. Hari pertama roti tawar dan pancake juga terbuka. Alhasil banyak lalat buah di salad. Dan d meja berkali kali lalat lewat. Untuk egg corner sering kali haruscari orangnya dulu baru di buatkan. 2x ketemu piring yang udah cuil. Kamar mandi showernya udah ijo2. Airnya muncrat ke banyak arah.

It was just okay. It 's located right in the middle of Denpasar, so it 's very convenient if you have somewhere nearby to go. The check-in process was straightforward, the room was quite clean, and they provide an empty jug in the room and water gallons in every floor which was really good. There is also a 24-hour mini market just on the ground floor. The only minus thing for us was that the room seems to be needing a maintenance, especially the bathroom area since it 's one of the most important part when staying in a hotel for us.

Service during check in was very good. Although no welcoming drink was offered (there was an arrangement of several glasses in one corner of the lobby). No drinking water provided in the room, but there is a water dispenser on the gangway in front of the room. Need to improve floor & interior cleanliness in bedroom and bathroom.

Ayu, at reception doing great in welcoming and checking us out. Lift AC is off. Room is huge and clean. Carpet at the hall suppossed to keep the noise down, but the opposite. Any sound happened at the hall were clearly heard from the room. Towel and amenities were OK. Worth with the rate. Breakfast had plenty varieties. But also, OK.
