I love almost everything about this hotel, except the room might need to be more soundproof though. However I am fond of the cleanliness and the rodelent odor all the way from the receptionist to the room. The flower fragrant is really unique and calming. I also love the facilities provided by this hotel, the gym especially is so complete and the view is top notch, as well as the infinity swimming pool. The best thing I really enjoy is, the location is so city centered, we can literally go to the center of Jember by walking. It is also near with Johar plaza where you can found bunch of cheap food and a department store. Nice one!

Good Location … Receptionist and staff so nice … Room are clean and the air cond so cold, with a nice Panoramic … Breakfast is OK … next will be back again.

Rooms, swimming pool, and fitness area are clean, elevator works well, delicious and various breakfast. Just need to fix up the carpet in the hallway, Internet and the TV cable.

Cuma di kamar kurang hair dryer dan iron and iron board. Yang lain Sudah bagus. Breakfast was great with many choices. Nasi goreng was delicious. I did ordered in room dining; Oxtail Soup was awesome tasty!
