Fasilitas semua OK, lokasi OK. Kamar nyaman. Menginap disini ketika puasa, makanan diantar pas sahur, menu makanan tidak jelas, tidak variatif dan porsi nya kecil, harusnya porsi dan variasi pilihan menu bisa ditambahkan, ini hanya ada pilihan indonesia menu dan amerika breakfast. Dr jumlah porsi juga kurang. Konsistensi rasa juga ga baik. Tolong diperbaiki.

Staff are friendly and a lot of activity to do. The food taste on breakfast is OK, but we tried to have some snack (room service) and the taste was off. The only major drawback for me is a cigarette butt on the bathroom closet was found when we just arrived.

Ini pertama kalinya saya dan keluarga menginap di JSI. Saya pesan 4 kamar tipe gladiator, saat check-in dapat kamar yang naiknya cukup tinggi. Kondisi saat itu kami sekeluarga membawa orang tua lansia dengan tongkat dan anak kecil. Cukup sulit ya untuk naik ke kamarnya. Terima kasih kepada bagian front office (Mas Andre) yang sudah membantu mengganti salah 1 kamar kami dengan kamar yang posisinya di bawah. Fasilitas hotelnya lengkap sekali. Internetnya juga cukup cepat. Air panas berfungsi dengan baik. Mungkin sarannya untuk setiap kamar diberikan deskripsi yang cukup jelas jika memang lokasinya tidak ramah untuk anak2 dan lansia, dan untuk fasilitas boogie jeep jadwalnya lebih disesuaikan dengan kondisi kendaraan dan jalan yang dilewati. Karena pada kenyataannya untuk melewati track jeepnya tidak mungkin hanya selama 30 menit, sehingga terjadi keterlambatan.

Stay di bulan ramadhan, bf di ganti sahur ala carte, makanan nya dingin dan rasanya kurang. Untuk kebersihan kamar good, service jg bagus, hanya saja jauh dr jln besar jd tdk ada alfa/indomart, hny ada warung warga saja yg paling dekat.

Pest controlnya sepertinya kurang diperhatikan, ada banyak serangga (semut, kecia, hewan terbang) dan di plafond banyak suara tikus.

We went here for our Babymoon. We chose Grand Gladiator and expected safety, comfort, non slippery steps/stairs (safe for pregnant woman). In reality, after we checked in at the main lobby and arrived at Grand Gladiator, there was no one around in the building. The lift was not in operation and we waited for almost an hour for it to be fixed and finally get to our room. Moreover in the room, we didn't have the peace and silence we expected as there was construction right across the street. We tried to enjoy our stay but it could've been better. The only plus point is the food we ordered from the room service.
