Mercure Convention Center Ancol

The hotel location is great when you wants to visit Dufan and seaworld. The bathroom amenites could be improved.

The staff was very friendly, the food was delicious and the location was strategic. Thank you mercure 👍.

The balcony view was nice. We got free room upgrade and baby crib facility in our room. What a nice stay, thank you Mercure Ancol for the excellent service and hospotality.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Mbak Rahma for her seamless service helping us to get early checked-in. It 's definitely one of the great options to have a family staycation in Ancol.

It was a pleasant stay at Mercure Convention Ancol, we have an amazing stay. We stay for one night, to celebrate our kid birthday and we got an unexpected surprise from the guest services later they name was Agnes, Rahma and Anur who rang our door and brings the birthday cake surprise for our kid. Never imagined before got such a warmest greetings through our stay before. Thanks for your hospitality. One thing that needs to be improved, the main things are toilet/bathroom in room quite smells bad likely we pass by a sewer. Eventho we just arrived and not even used it, probably some drainages things but the problems got temp solve by close the bathroom door 😅. For entertainment area indoor (for kids), a lot of options for family from basketball, tabletennis, pool, tablescocer, and 3choices of VR interaction games, playgrounds, and outdoor activities. We played in indoor entertainment area, well some of all tools are quite worn enough from VR goggles, pool sticks, table soccer handle, etc. Despite you still can enjoy it, and the most important thing is the kids are happy enough. The AC not covered enough the area since Jakarta got a quite high heat nowadays. Taste of breakfast a bit OK, but not that OK compared to the price offered and the variety of menu not quite enough. Well despite some of improvement needed, sure we'll be loved to back, a bit suggestions for Breakfast you can linger around the closed one is Indomaret and A&W, or others restaurant inside Ancol area. For entertainment if you need more challenging just go ahead Dufan it's near enough the Hotel.

For all its so good but just one thing when you wanna entrances or going out ancol you should pay, and that 's not fair 😅.

Udah beberapa kali ke hotel keren nyaman dan strategis buat main di ancol ini pas kegiatan kantor, dan akhirnya ada kesempatan bareng keluarga kesini walaupun cuma transit, makasih banyak Mbak Agnes yang udah sangat baik hati ngebolehin early check in karna saya bawa baby, dan babyku seneng banget dihotel.🥹 🙏🏻 smoga sehatt slalu yaa Mbaak, dan sukses slalu buat hotel Mercure, TERBAIK.

Staff were very frriendly. Same atmosphere when walked into the hotel many years ago. Big parking space. Easy to walk to the beach and other amusement sites in Ancol. Booked two rooms. The hotel had a facelift inside out. So, the rooms and lobby looked refresh. First sea view room was cockcroach invested. The hotel immediately got us a new room and gave fruit package. Unfortunately the ac was broken in the new room. So, at night it got hot. They got a repair man came in on the 1st night but still hot. I don't bother to call again. Had to call up twice before new towels got delivered. They charged extra for additional towel (but not for towel exchange). Breakfast was very packed (it was festive season, so the hotel rooms were sold out). The taste of the breakfast food was so so and they needed to improve on the speed of replenishing the food and utensils faster. Additional pax for breakfast was 200k. Excessive price for the breakfast quality. The hotel has kiddy playroom (good for toddlers and young kids) and swimming pools. Nelayan Bar was good. The waitress was attentive, the food and coffee were good but the prices was skyrocket! Ordered 3 cups of coffee had to forked out over 200k! The hotel shop has good selections of relevant goods. Would I go there again? YES for sure. It has been one of the icon of Ancol since many years ago so you get this nostalgic look and feel. Truly a family hotel. Just be prepared that you may not get the best standard you would have expected in other international 4 stars hotels.
