Excellent and a very comfort hotel. Will definetely stay again.

The location ia very close to Huawei where I do training, this is the most attractive feature. I love the room I stayed at, 2805 as it is corner room and high. The individual Service was excellent, some hotel. Staff recognized me by name and always ceerfully greeted me. I received multiple packages and the staff were very helpful in locating them and send them to my room. I got phone calls repeatedly asking if my stay was comfortable. It was nice but sometimes it disturbed me as I had to pick up the phone. One staff asked me to review her after I was first arrive. She was very helpful and I was happy with her Service, but maybe she shouldnt be pressure to get google review at the beginning of the stay when I barely arrived for 10 mins. This was not against her, but I hope the hotel doesn't pressure staff to get reviews from the hotel as their performance KPI. Better make it more organic and without pressure. The Wifi was horrible, the connection was off most of the time, and because I do online meetings in the evening, sometimes I got disconnected while I'm speaking, and this was very disappointing for me. The food that I ordered to be sent to my room was the 425 K steak, and yet it came out like a mediocre steak even though I ordered medium rare, rather tasteless, the fries was supposed to be truflled fries but it looked and tasted very ordinary and took 45 minutes to be delivered. And the portuon of the salad was very meagre too, more like garnish rather than side salad. There was a nice manager who I told about this or heard about this and she took the complaint and gave me free ice cream when inwas about to purchase it at the Wayang. This was a nice gesture that I appreciate. All in all, I'm quite happy with Mercure hotel Gatot Subroto. This was my second stay in 3 months and I'm booked to return next week for another 3 days.

Requested for a double bed far before the stay date and got a twin bed that is merged into one instead. Felt the gap in between, very uncomfortable.

The food taste is amazing and it 's friendly staff.

Best hotel view especially at night, room is clean and the amenities are great! Also, the staffs are friendly and responsive.

Tempatnya human but it's not the same as last time I saw it and thought it was the first time.

Lokasi strategis. Menu sarapannya enak dan bervariasi. Petugas ramah dan sangat membantu. Cuma kemarin kebagian kamar yg smoking jd masih ada jejak bau rokok di kamar dan di bantal meski sudah diozon. Tempat tap kunci di pintu juga berkali kali copot dan pintu kamar ga bisa tetap dibuka jadi harus diganjal. Overall bagus sih cuma perlu ditingkatkan lagi maintenance fasilitas2 nya.

It has the best view restaurant, it was also modern and quite new.
