The hotel was quite strategic and quite near from main points that tourists will come. Near hotel also have a big foodcourt for a 5 min walk.

It was nice to stay there. People assists us with waht we need. However, the swimming pool should be well maintained.

Stay here for one night, the location is superb. Nearby Dewi Sri food court, the parking space needs extra effort, but OK if you want a little bit walking. Because it ' s big on the back of the hotel. But the space belongs to the hotel. For the room, don't expect too much for that price. But OK. Clean.

Too much smoke was came to my room in the morning and afternoon, also the breakfast was poor, only 1 choices. The bathroom was so bad, more flies and mosquitos. I can't sleep properly cause so noisy in the outside, please build up the quality and utilities in here thanks.

The location is easily accessible, with lots of food vendors around. No elevator though, so you might want to reconsider if you're bringing heavy luggage. Breakfast is okay, the room is clean, and the staff is helpful. Hot water is available, but the water has a kind of slippery feel, not that easy to wash off, especially if you like things squeaky clean upon washing.

Staff is really helpful. Earlier we get room but don't like the bed and staff switch it. Location also Good because can easily get food and near alfamart also.

1. I couldn't control the air conditioner (looked like it was centralised?). 2. At night I heard cat running (chasing mouse?) On the roof twice.
