Sound proof is very bad. The door noise from outside is too loud, and you can hear your neighbor through the wall behind the TV.

Great hospitality with easy check in and check out. Humble and friendness employee/staff is bery helpful. Many traditional food with a good taste. Connecting with csb mall is very easy to get whatever you need direct connect with hotel. Recommended to stay for vacation near Cirebon City

My first impression was not good. I was asked to queue to check-in, but other people just arrived and could check in straight away. Several other people were able to check in, after asking and no one came again I was able to check in. Why?

Lokasi super tidak nyaman karena disebelah mall persis yang allahu akbar masuknya aja uda ga nyaman. Belum lagi parkir yang harus war dengan pengunjung mall. Walau akhirnya telp service desk dan dibilang bisa valley, tapi kenapa ga dari awal diinfo sampai saya muterin parkiran 2 kali. Desain interior bagus modern, tapi baru kali ini saya nginep hotel yang AC nya bahkan lebih ga dingin dari AC mall kalo rame pengunjung, anak anak saya tidur jadi kepanasan. Sebaiknya pintu masuk hotel dibuat terpisah dengan mall begitu juga alokasi parkir khusus tamu hotel.

Good location, but the access from main road is together with mall access. When the mall is crowded, you need to follow the queue line.

Swiss-Bell Hotel Cirebon menawarkan pengalaman menginap yang memuaskan dengan fasilitas yang baik, namun karena lokasinya di dalam mal, akses parkir menjadi sulit karena keramaian di sekitar mal tersebut.

A comfortable Stay. My recent stay at the Swiss-Belhotel Cirebon was a mostly positive experience. The rooms were * exceptional, offering a sleek and contemporary design that provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were * outstanding, consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive to my needs. The breakfast buffet was * impressive, featuring a wide variety of delicious options to suit any taste. However, there was one minor issue that I encountered during my stay. The * lack of a shower curtain * in the bathroom resulted in water splashing onto the dry area, causing some inconvenience. While this didn't significantly impact my overall experience, it 's something to be aware of for future guests. Overall, I would highly recommend the Swiss-Belhotel Cirebon to anyone seeking a comfortable and stylish stay in Cirebon. The exceptional rooms, outstanding staff, and impressive breakfast make it a great option for both business and leisure travelers. Just keep in mind the potential issue with the shower if you're particularly sensitive to water splashing.
