Overall was a good stay. From arrival, the concierge is helpful, parking spaces are adequate, and the check was smooth. We booked 2 rooms and asked for connecting doors and we have them as requested. Welcome drink provided in nearby pool cafe. The room is clean, amenities are good considering this is a family budget hotel. The balcony was spacious. Our room view is a nearby the construction site, Andalusia Mosque and toll road. Not very great unless you get the mountain view rooms. Breakfast is also served properly, the variety is good and enough, no complaints on taste/service. All good. The only issue we had during our stay is since this is Ramadan the nearby Andalusia Mosque's massive loudspeaker will ensure you are waking up at 2 AM for sahoor and staying awake for another hour or so during morning prayers. Other than that, the stay is perfect. A quick getaway from Jakarta and nearby Pasar Ah Poong within walking distance. The hotel even provided a sky bridge direct to Pasar Ah Poong but it was closed during our stay. Thanks, Alana Sentul. It was a good stay even better than Aston Sentul's few km drive uphill.

I was shock at first with the price given, but then, I just give it a go. Turned out, the occupancy level was so high! So pricey, yet so many people would like to pay. But it was all worth the price! This is the first time I booked a hotel who give dinner as compliment! Hence the price tag! There are other hidden gems also that seemed not so many people aware of. There is a pool table on 2nd floor, and we enjoyed it really much. All of the other facilities are well written and told by other guests. Awesome!

Really have a good day at AlanaSentul, love the ambience and the view is very stunning. The breakfast was nice and delicious 🥰

The room is good, the breakfast is good. I had a SPA at the Hotel, but the therapist was not really friendly. Also, the electricity at the SPA was shut down few times, so my therapist went outside back and forth and leave me inside.

The hotel provides excellent service for my staycation with family. It starts with a very smooth and fast check in, even at that time it is peak time for check in, but the FD associates (I'm sorry I forget his name) explains everything clearly. The room as described as mentioned (my request is fulfilled), and it ' s all OK. Additional services by WA chat make my stay more easily for several request also got unexpected benefits (thank you very much). All the staff were very courteous and delightful to it. Definitely will coming back to the hotel for another occasion. Thank you very much The Alana Hotel & Conference Center, Sentul City.

Pelayanannya bagus dan cepat walau dalam keadaan ramai. Saya pesan 4 kamar namun pas check in 2 kamar blm tersedia tapi tidak menunggu lama tuk menunggunya tapi selain itu great. The room great the room balcony is also a plus.

Reasonable. The car park is not all connected to the hotel lift so someone has to go up and down the stairs and it is very corner located. Parking tickets must always be stamped repeatedly if we frequently go in and out of the hotel. This is really troublesome.

Well for not cheap hotel, the room is too small, and you have to come check in early, before you end up looking at a parking lot. Of course we want a great view.
