The place is great, its clean, its gorgeous the only downside is the variety of food but it's taste great. the swimming pool water is very clean. The amenities is so complete more than what you would expected.

The hotel is spacious, both for each room & their common space. There are lounges for waiting (either check-in or check-out), 2 restaurants (Kunyit & Sands Restaurant), kids room, fitness center (small in size but enough for me), 3 (?) pools, bike rent, car park (basement, quite spacious) and regular inhouse activity. My stay before-during-and-after Nyepi is great, everyone gives a warm smile and hello. Room service & housekeeping are great too. When you called the room service for something, they will do a follow-up call to ensure that our request has been managed.

The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and checked if I needed anything. I stayed in a room with lagoon access and the room was okay, but I woke up at around 4:15 am because the room was hot. Turns out the AC was off and on consistently. It was on for around 10-20 seconds and off for a minute, then on for a few seconds again. I called the front desk to send a technician to check who came a few minutes later. He said something was wrong and tried all his best to fix it (left and came to get spare parts a couple of times) but two hours later he said it still didn't work. At around 6:30 am, I told him to leave it because I had to get ready to leave the hotel at 7:30 am to catch my flight. It's a lovely place to stay and very comfortable, but the AC situation ruined my stay (especially because I was traveling for hours before and expected to have a good night sleep before another flight).

Great lobby and very spacious, almost like a site on its own. The room however is just standard, neat and nice and overall 4 star standard. Nothing to wow at except for the decorations of the hotel lobby.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Unfortunately, our room was on the 5th floor and the whirring of the air-conditioning units on top meant a restless nights sleep. Excellent Christmas Brunch.
