The Residences at Puri Casablanca

The apartment is spacious and kids friendly though the funitures are quite old and needs some repair. But overal we still love it.

[HATI-hati menginap di apartemen ini!] ] Saya menginap disini tgl 12 April 2024 dan check out 13 April 2024. Sangat menyesal menginap di yg katanya serviced apartment ini. Pas check in diminta deposit sebesar 500rb, oke saya bayar. Saat check out, kamar dicek oleh staff mereka, katanya GARPU di unit yg saya tempatin hilang satu. Aneh banget. Padahal di awal mereka ga pernah kasihtau/menginfokan inventory di dalam unit mereka itu ada apa saja, sendok berapa, garpu berapa, dll, tau2 pas pulang katanya GARPU hilang satu. Ga fair banget! Harusnya dari awal ketika check in, staff mereka dan kami yg mau menginap bareng2 naik ke unit, check list barang apa aja yg ada di dalam unit, jumlahnya berapa, dsb, jgn tau2 pas check out dituduh menghilangkan garpu dong! Terus kita disuruh bayar, ya ga mau lah, orang kita juga ga merasa menghilangkan/ambil tuh garpu kok. Berani mereka menjebak kita seperti itu karena sudah pegang uang deposit kita 500 ribu. Jadi pesan saya untuk yg mau nginap disini, jangan lupa, check list barang2 yg ada di dalam unit bareng sama staff mereka biar ga dituduh menghilangkan barang! Saya sih kapok, ga bakal mau lagi menginap disini. Oh iya, pas saya check out, banyak juga tamu lain yg nasibnya sama kayak saya, dituduh menghilangkan, handuk, mecahin gelas, sendok hilang, dll. Sehingga waktu check out yg harusnya cuma sebentar jadi hampir satu jam sendiri. Pokoknya hati2 jgn sampai terjebak permainan hotel ini. Tambahan: ada dapur, kompor, tapi ga boleh dipake, katanya cuma boleh digunakan kalo kita sewa 1 bulan! Pdhl saya ga sekali nginep disini, ini udah kali ketiga dan dulu bisa kok masak disitu. Lantai juga kotor, debuan, kaya ga disapu dan dipel. Not recommended.

Old, but still good. To many stair when wanna go to swimming pool.

I have stayed here several times and always love to come back here as it 's comfortable and homey vibes. A good place for kids too as it 's very kid friendly with children 's playground, kid 's wading pool for families. Good facilities with laundromat, supermarket, cafe, gym. A definite recommendation. Only thing that this time, no cooking facilities allowed in the apartment. I wonder why? The gas stove are still in the apartment without the LPG tank.

The apt is quite old and wifi is only accessible in the living room. I booked a one bedroom apt, instead I got a two bedroom apt. It wasn't necessary. The pictures and the reality don't match.

Don't expect this hotel-apartment that is situated in the Tebet area got more than just a cozy apartment with two rooms. One queen sized bed and one with three single beds! The supermarket is so cool they got everything exclusively for residents and those who stayed in the hotel only. The park is pretty spacious from the swimming pool, [playground until the tennis court is available. The ambience was so clean. I might only think if the soap and shampoo need a bigger size because of the plenty of people inside.

Reception said Smoking is not allowed but in actual all rooms was full of Cigarette Smokes.

The apartment was clean and cozy, although it was old. Mattrasses and bed sheets were comfortable, but pillows were too soft. We get a complimentary fried rice for breakfast (was not included in booking), they tasted good. The downside was the aircon in one of the bedroom was not cold at all. At first the technician was changing the battery of the aircon remote controls, they actually can checked if the remote control worked with the aircon, but they did not. It was very late when we checked in and were too tired to changed to another room. The bathroom in master bedroom was leaking out to the room. Luckly no one was slipped. The refrigerator was not cold. I think the management can do better to check everything before let the guest check in.

Nice experience. The Staff are nice, and the room OK 🤙.
