The room was clean and comfortable. The view of the ocean was quite nice as well. Right next to Gleneagles Hospital so very convenient for me. Easy check in, clear guidance and the host was communicative. They provide hair dryer in the room, electric fan which can be used to dry the laundry 😁 and ample amount of hangers in the closet. I used the washer and iron couple of times, they were useful. The only gripe was the other guest who was quite nasty in the bathroom, didn't flush after peeing. So I complained to host and he was very helpful and had it cleaned right away. I guess that's the risk of sharing bathroom. Thank God they checked-out on day 3. The next guests were OK. Met some nice people from Indonesia, too. Oh, the elevator can be a bit of pain, though. When you check-out before noon, be ready to wait for a long time before you can actually get in.

The room, kitchen, bathroom are clean. The only thing that doesn't make me feel satisfied is: there 's no living room in this apartment.

Yes indeed, this unit doesn't have a living room, but our other units do have living room. Maybe you may book our other rooms in the near future. Thanks for staying with us.

The owner is very friendly, helpful, and fast response, the room is clean, and luckily I got friendly neighbour, next time I will stay here again, very recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tempatnya bersih, self check in benar benar dipandu pemilik apartemen yang cukup ramah jadi sangat dimudahkan. Akses dekat dengan halte bus dan rs gleneagles, bisa menikmati Penang dengan mudah. Di ruangan disediakan mesin cuci dengan deterjen sehingga cukup membantu ketika saya dan istri menginap beberapa hari dengan sedikit membawa pulang cucian kotor. Internet juga cepat, bisa masak-masak sederhana atau bisa mesan lewat grabfood dan banyak opsi makan jika melalui grabfood. Kalo di sekitar tempat makan agak terbatas. Kesimpulannya kemungkinan besar akan menginap lagi di sini jika mengunjungi Penang lagi.

The room is clean enough, the apartemen facility is good although at first I didn't realize that three bed room apartemen. And I only booked one room so we have to share bathroom and other apartemen facility. Overall its okay. Near gleneagles hospital, below apartemen have mini market and starbuck. The security is very kind and helpful.
