Need improvement. Pro. Spacy room. Stayed at presidential suite. Con. Bad ventilation, no ventilator in the restroom. Received a call from the receptionist that woke us up really early in the morning asking to move our car which was parked in front of another customer car. This was unacceptable because our car was on “neutral” gear and there was no security guard around to help the other customer push her car. So we got a call that woke up us to hand push our car for another customer … unacceptable.

Good location in the centre of town. Quite a number of restaurants in the area. Close to the riverside. Price of room was reasonable. Value for money for triple room. Toilet floor was wet and tiles could do with a thorough cleaning.

I recently stayed at B2 the newly renovated hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. What's even better is the incredibly affordable price, which truly provides exceptional value for money. The staff at the hotel were exceptional - friendly and helpful, Highly recommended!

The room and hotel facilities have been recently renovated, boasting a fresh appearance. The parking area is both comfortable and private. The bed, pillows, and towels are impeccably clean. The location is conveniently situated. However, I had a negative experience with the toilet. I was shocked when I lifted the lid to find it extremely unclean. Thankfully, the staff promptly apologized and relocated me to a different room. During the check-in process, they requested a cash guarantee, or in the absence of cash, asked for an ID card as a guarantee, particularly for Thai guests. However, exercise caution when surrendering your ID card or personal identification. The staff did not handle my personal identity card securely, and it went missing for several days. This poses a significant security risk and is not in compliance with personal data safety standards.

The bedroom is nice but there is water dripping from the bathroom ceiling. The bathroom ceiling has mold.
