Extremely ordinary room-in an extremely out of the way location. Our TV didn't work properly-a window in our room (as with most other rooms on our floor) which allowed annoying light into room-we had to block the window with pillows/cushions to allow us to sleep. We could not wait to check out very early next morning. Staff didn't even bother to speak as we departed. Unfortunately could never recommend.

The service was good and the staff are really nice. The room is OK compared to price. However, the receptionist didn't inform me about the early check-in fees, which was half the price of the room, so I wasn't really happy about it. However, overall service is OK.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are new and airy, the bathroom is very spacious. The question is, I booked a room for my mother to stay for 1 night and paid through the app, but when I checked in, the receptionist told me to pay. An additional 20k for something unknown, the kettle can't turn off automatically so having to wait is a bit inconvenient, the TV can't be adjusted, it can only be turned on and off. Except for those small errors, the rest is very satisfied with the room and hotel, the price is very affordable and the quality is good

The receptionist is very enthusiastic. With a price like this, a room like this is okay. Noise canceling is not very good.

The room is quite new, including a dryer for guests. However, the secret room has no windows or fans, and the smell of cigarettes is very strong. The hotel is not soundproof, so people coming in and out are making a lot of noise.

The room looks pretty clean on the picture, but it's really bad from the outside. The room smelled, the bathroom door had a hole in the top, so my friend and I had to cover it with a towel. On the bed I had a bunch of dried vermicelli, at night I was afraid to spread my towel to sleep but didn't dare to lie on it. bed always. The room also has mosquitoes, the room is closed, the air conditioner is air-conditioned but the mosquitoes are flying. Overall, my experience here was very bad. And the room price for this BP concert is quite high compared to the quality I received!!
