Great location, ocean is in front of the hotel, staff are so friendly, nice breakfast. I'll definitely come back:).

What made me unsatisfied, here are what I can tell. Upon check in, Ms. Vy and other front office members were so slow for us in suggesting advices. Besides, there was no info introduction of the hotel service for us. So I needed to call and ask places for Breakfast, Gym, Swimming pool and opening timing. I was kind of accepting the situation and guessing that maybe the ambassador was new and I still wanted to encourage them.—. But I was disappointed with the service once more time again, upon check out. I was almost late with the flight because the front office nga (Oanh) didn't have alternative solution for HK team to check our rooms, mini bars while another front office team members were standing freely. I used to be a front office member in Grand Hyatt Dubai, what I learned was the hospitality and the initiative and services from the heart to guests which could bring to the hotel endless success. I also used to go to the room directly to check and support HK team, instead of waiting for them to do their jobs. If we think small, so how can we become a team? Lastly, my payment which Ms. Nga & Vy front office mentioned that it was on hold, could be returned to my card, until now, I have not yet received. My boyfriend needed to pay for one more booking while my transaction with Traveloka showed 3 bookings with all successful payment. I like the brand so much, but sincerely, service training needs to be improved. We all have overcome Covid time, it was already hard and is also harder everyday. The business is taking care of your family, your finance, why don't you think a bit to your owner who gives you and this society a better life, but you still play small?
