The hotel is clean and fully equipped. The receptionists are very nice and friendly. Ample parking space, guarded overnight. Each room has its own WiFi so it is very sharp. In short, I am very satisfied and will come back to the hotel when I come to HP.

Booked a room through the app early (March) for the holiday of April 30, when you arrived to check in, you were told that the room was full, you thought you had locked all the holiday rooms, did not know your reservation schedule. The plus point is the attitude of the staff is very cute, the hotel owner also politely apologizes, the female staff member also enthusiastically contacted another room at the same price to take us to the room, sincerely apologizing. Since I'm sincere, I happily let it go, but of course overall I'm not satisfied. Novatel's facilities look quite clean, beautiful, new from the outside, rooms at the same price are found to be of poor quality, but it's okay to stay for a night.
