The hotel is great. My family of 2 adults and 1 child went on weekdays, the staff was very polite, enthusiastic, and fun. The swimming pool is large and clean and has many play areas for children. 5 star hotel but the price is ok

What impressed me most was that the staff were very cute, courteous, polite and dedicated. The swimming pool system is suitable for both adults and children and is right near the sea, which can be changed depending on preferences. There is a children's play area outdoors and indoors. I booked 2 rooms at the hotel for 6 million, and paid a deposit of 3 million when staying. The staff said that after 2-3 days they would refund the deposit via bank card and I waited until the 5th day and still didn't see it, so I contacted them again. The hotel staff responded and continued to wait another 2-3 days. If I didn't receive a refund, she would contact the bank herself, and I had to wait until the 8th day, it was so troublesome...
