Clean, large room, quick check-in, but there are 2 unsatisfactory points: 1. The staff serving breakfast at the water food counter (pho, vermicelli) has a bad attitude, this male friend showed an unpleasant and unwelcoming attitude to the staff. guest. Your face is always droopy, customers order 2 servings (of course, 2 bowls) but show their displeasure and say they can't do this or that? I also don't understand why you are upset with me even though I am very polite to you. For 2 days in a row, the customer service attitude is sullen, a pile of faces, not a smile. 2. I booked a large double bed but the room was actually 2 single beds combined. 2vc lying uncomfortable and stuck right at the joint? Sleep was quite unsatisfactory

The hotel did not welcome me, the room I booked but left the name of another customer I told the reception still did not change at first when I left, they put me in the wrong room, a certain male guest, old furniture and towels. take a hard bath because of old , generally won't come back again

The room is spacious, the bathroom is a bit small. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic . Breakfast is not to my taste.
