Stayed very long at Amaris, felt comfortable, the room was big and clean. The only minus is that it is not soundproof, you can still hear the sound of motorbikes and the traffic on the highway.

My parents always request to stay at Amaris Susilo, when asked to go to another Amaris they don't want to, they are already comfortable with the service here. The breakfast is also delicious. Even the staff seems to know my parents, because we can count how many times we CI here in 1 year.

The room is quite spacious. The bathroom is quite clean. Got hotel slippers and toiletries. But the TV channels might need to be fixed because only 1 channel is clear. The food is also not very varied and the rice is like hard. With the price of the room and service like that, it doesn't seem worth it.

It's not bad to try Amaris for the first time. The staff are friendly. The service is good, the breakfast is also delicious. But unfortunately the room is not clean enough, the spray and blanket are yellowing. The bathroom door also can't be closed. Please fix it by the hotel, thank you.

I've stayed here quite often, but this time I was a bit disappointed. There were several small cockroaches in the bathroom and some even reached the seating area. The shower, oh my gosh, was so sad because it leaked, I took a shower until I was up against the wall to put water on my head to wash my hair, please check room 302 🥲🙏🏼 The wifi signal is also bad for using the SmartTV, so I hotspotted myself using my cellphone. There is one thing that is consistent every time I stay here, the refill of breakfast side dishes takes a long time. Compared to Slipi, the protein side dishes, variety, and refills are much better there.
