Saw the review that the bf food was delicious so I chose this hotel, but it turned out that the staff called me in the morning and said that the food would be delivered to the room and not eaten at the restaurant because there weren't many guests. Very disappointed😢

Came here because I was taking refuge so my pregnant wife wouldn't smell. When I got there, I was served according to the request, given a high floor, not facing the restaurant, and the room was clean and smoke-free. Service requests were always served quickly, such as asking for a pillow to be replaced because it smelled of the sun (but for normal people like me, that's good, meaning everything is dried in the sun), asking for additional sugar, asking for a hair dryer, and all the staff were very friendly. The bathroom was clean, not slippery, and room service was provided every day. Thank you Bogor Valley

When I entered, I was shocked because I was in the same room as Oyo, it was so funny🤣, when I checked in, the card on the wall was automatically broken so I had to turn on the lights and AC manually, but the floor, bed, and bathroom were super clean, the downside was that there was a faint brown stain on the end of the pillow, the shampoo and soap were stuck to the wall, there was no tea😭, there was no cereal for breakfast, annoying😭😭 the rest was okay

From the beginning of check in everything went smoothly, the room was clean, the staff was responsive, the food was quite tasty and varied. For the price offered it was quite satisfying. There was one drawback, the room was not soundproof. It happened to be a room next to a young couple who were having fun and it could be heard in the next room and the hallway, maybe for those who bring family, please consider this.
