hard mattress, towels look ancient, shabby, rough... food is okay, bringing children is charged 60 thousand... bathroom is quite clean even though the shower is a bit broken, TV has lots of ants, AC is cold, New Year's Eve event is okay, even though it seems like there are insiders for the door prizes (hopefully not)

Dirty towels Pool not clean enough Water heater [in the room] that is no longer suitable for use Breakfast is not varied enough But Bumi Gumati is a child-friendly place, with friendly service too In addition, the atmosphere is calm even though it is not far from the highway. Access from the Sentul toll road is only 10-15 minutes, passing the Sentul complex

Overall good, food is delicious, only the room is a bit lacking, the mat was initially dirty, asked for a replacement, finally replaced, the curtain, partially detached from the rail, asked for it to be fixed, the toilet is a bit dirty, the bathroom sink is leaking, food is delicious, overall it's still okay.

I used room no. 260, the room felt like there were a lot of strange things, the towel on the bench fell, the corner of the room near the window felt like it had a different atmosphere.

The location is in a beautiful place, unfortunately there are parts that are not well maintained, for example the dirty back pool. But this is remedied by the clean front pool and fresh water that does not taste of chlorine. The front view of the hotel is a bit lacking because there is a former abandoned water park. The rest is quite worth it in terms of price and what you get.

The room is spacious, the bed is also just a bathroom with a clogged sink. AC, hot water all work, food is just B, small swimming pool for some rooms in my opinion, so the swimming pool is full 😂. Access there via Sentul is scary, better via Cimahpar. Others are okay, cheap price, good for a day of refreshing.
