Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi
The staff and help desk were really helpful. They even upgraded the room view when they found out I booked it as a gift for my newlywed niece. (I also made a mistake and booked a twin bed, but they managed to give me a double bed and a room with a beautiful view.) What a lovely staff! Thanks, guys!

The Balcone Suite & Resort Bukittinggi
Room is quite big but with no magnificent view. But very quiet compare if you stay near the lobby because very noisy with event that held in the morning. Need to walk a little bit to hotel cafe. Food was OK. Recommend to stay if you have supir cause it took around 20-30 minutes to Jam Gadang
